Next Steps on proposed Outpatient Care Pavilion & 410 E. Grand

SOAR would like to thank all those that attended the recent Community Meeting on the two new development proposals for the Streeterville neighborhood.  A new rental building with two towers at 410 E. Grand Avenue and a new medical building by Northwestern Memorial Hospital called their Outpatient Care Pavilion (OCP) at the site of Ontario/Fairbanks/Erie.

SOAR's Real Estate Review Committee (RERC) is studying both projects and working to learn more about what they are presenting to the community.  SOAR's mission drives our efforts: "We work on behalf of the residents of Streeterville to preserve, promote and enhance the quality of life and community."  These projects contain challenges to our quality of life standards and we hope to work through the issues to make all development the best possible for the Streeterville neighborhood.

Please take this opportunity to review these proposals through the links provided in this article and send your thoughts and comments to SOAR and Alderman Reilly's office
