Why I Created the SmartHire Process

Why are most entrepreneurs and business managers having such a hard time achieving hiring consistency and retaining employees?   Based on 25 years of experience a business owner myself, my answer is this:  Hiring is a process - not an event.  Without a defined process you cannot develop productive employees.  
 
Recognizing that this is the problem is easy.  However, simply shouting, "We need a hiring process!" to your General Manager or Production Supervisor and then running back into your office does not solve the problem.  Deciding what to do next, that's the hard part!
 
As an entrepreneur or business manager, you know what needs to happen when it's time to solve a business process problem.  We are all seeking end-to-end solutions that are easily implementable, that take a minimum amount of everyone's day, and produce the desired results 90% of the time.  No one wants to create a solution from scratch ever time.
