The first thing I'd like to show you on the site is the Workers' Statistics - you'll see in the workers' statistics a snapshot of the current candidates that are in our database today -

 

You will see that currently 61% of the work-seekers in our database reside in Saskatchewan and Alberta - you will also see that more than 50% of the people in the database are willing to re-locate to locations in western Canada. 

 

As an example, you will see that 20% of the database is from Ontario - but that only 17% want to re-locate from Ontario.

 

As you know, the biggest frustration with job sites is being part of a database of inactive work-seekers

 

We cull our database regularly every 6 - 12 months -

The talent in our database is active.
