June 2012 Aronfeld Trial Lawyes Newsletter
Meet Luis Fernandez, Yanay Galban and Kitty Pina.
Summer has officially begun.  The kids are out of school. Whether you drop them off at day care, summer camp, a fishing trip or the local community center, you will be asked to sign a waiver and release.  What are the potential legal consequences of signing one?

2. You might be responsible for the camp's attorney's fees.
3. You might be responsible for any cost paid to your child.
4. You might get sued by the camp.
5. You might give up the right to a jury trial.
