HALLOWEEN SAFETY TIPS

I am  dedicated to the prevention of childhood injuries.  I recommend that parents consider the following 5 Halloween Safety Tips and discuss them with your kids before allowing them to go trick or treating tonight.

 Nory Pumpkin

1. Treats: Do not permit candy to be eaten until examined.

2. Costumes: Make sure costumes are flame retardant and visible at night by strategically placing reflective tape.

3. Masks: Can your child see and breath without restriction?

4. Choosing safe houses. Do not allow them to enter a stranger's home.

5. Make sure that knives, swords are soft and unable to cause an injury. Read More.

SLIP AND FALLS IN FLORIDA

Our Florida injury lawyers represent a number of injured customers that have slipped or tripped at a Florida supermarkets like Publix, Winn-Dixie or Wall-Mart.

Slip and Fall

It is difficult for an injured customer to understand just because one falls is hurt at a Publix does not mean Pulblix is responsible.   People slip, trip and fall every day in stores across Florida and not necessarily due to the fault of the store. Simply falling in a Florida store does not entitle you compensation. Read more.
