How Old Is Too Old to Drive?
I see case after case where the defendant driver is "elderly." In the United States today there are about 38 million licensed drivers over age 65. By 2024, one in four drivers will be aged 65+.

The problem is that many drivers in Florida are senior citizens who might have physical limitations that impose additional obstacles in driving safely such as range of motion, hearing or vision impairment or delayed reaction time.

The Saddest Personal Injury Case of All
