Hi Folks!
Isn't it great? The Interesting Times are continuing!
The "new" prez in the U.S. proclaims he's off on a different tack from the old. My subscription to The Sovereign Society A-Letter keeps telling me Obama is just a variation on a theme. I keep reminding myself it's all politics and very "unreal" to me. Results will tell the story and that takes time. As I'm not reading the news much anymore, I've got lots of that.
Someone in Victoria finally sued the CRA for their brazen scare tactics and Won! I want this to be part of the ongoing awakening for Canadians about their real tax paying obligations vs the FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt) being created by the CRA and its righteous minions.
We actually upgraded two of our investment properties in Nanaimo and I didn't fret about the cost! Am I getting calmer because I'm in my mid-50's or is all the personal growth work finally paying off? Probably doesn't matter.
I keep getting contacted by folks in the U.S. about investing "down there". I've started evaluating their requests for attention using my gut feelings and so spend way less time investigating their offers. The other day my gut told me loud and clear that our speaker on February 24 should be listened to. So,
