Every year the Valley Springs Area Business Association has held the Valley Springs Christmas Dinner and Dance. Our events have been so successful we have decided to open the event to the entire community.  We are now accepting sponsorships for what we are now calling the Calaveras Community Dinner and Dance.

Sponsorship Fee: $100.00 Due by Nov. 1, 2010

  • Your business name, logo or website listed on table tent cards on every table.
  • Business name listed as a sponsor on all marketing materials, website and email campaign with regard to the Dinner and Dance.
  • The first 20 sponsors will also receive a 1 years advertisement in the ValleySpringsConnect.com business directory. ($120.00 value)

6:00 PM No-Host Bar, Networking and Social Hour

7:00 PM Holiday Dinner, Citizen of the Year Presentation, New Board Announced

8:30 - 10:00 PM Socializing, No-Host Bar and Dancing to a Live Band

 

Where: Beautiful La Contenta Event Center in Valley Springs

 

Tickets:

Early Bird December 1, 2010 $30.00 per person, Includes 1 raffle ticket.

Bring an unwrapped toy for our Toys For Tots Collection and get 1 more raffle ticket.

After December 1, 2010 $35.00 per person, Includes 1 raffle ticket.

 

The Valley Springs Area Business Association is a 501 (c) 6 Tax Exempt Organization.

A portion of our proceeds beneft the Virginia Saunders Scholarship Fund.
