business could use and you will be entered in their contest.

Everyone who enters receives:
  • a free Intuit Small Business Word of Mouth Marketing Tookit
  • free publicity with a listing in the Intuit Community directory.
Fifty finalists will each receive a $5,000 small business grant plus a Flip Mino video Camcorder

Four first place prize winners will each receive a $10,000 small business grant plus $2,500 in Intuit products and services.

The grand prize winner will receive a $25,000 small business grant plus $2,500 in Intuit products and services.

The Internal Revenue Service has launched a year-long campaign to help educate new self-employed small business owners about federal tax responsibilities and about filing Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business.

What about electronic filing? Or how to determine if your expenses are deductible?
