your sweetie began their new year's resolution with a new diet plan, why

For those of you who are single during this holiday and dreading it, no
need to worry. There are a few advantages for being single during
Valentine's Day. There is no pressure in buying your significant other a
gift. Not only are there fewer expenses but the money that you would
normally spend on someone else, use it on yourself, and why not pamper
yourself? Remember that New Year's resolution you wanted to stick to,
this is the perfect time to get to the gym and have a tougher workout than
usual.
