The Fitness Factory family is proud to announce the birth of our 3rd health club "Fitness Factory Edgewater"! 

 

We have spared no expense to bring you the best of what the fitness world has to offer.  Spectacular, amazing, fabulous, is just some of the terms our members have used after their first workout with us.  Our location is second to none with scenic views of Manhattan that stretch from the George Washington Bridge down to the southernmost tip of the island. 

 

Our club is an all in one wellness center complete with spacious locker rooms that include separate steam rooms and saunas.  We offer over 60 group fitness classes a week, in 4 separate group fitness rooms.  Cycling, Hot Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, and Kickboxing just to name a few.

 

We offer a true health club experience with state of the art TechnoGym equipment that allows access to the internet and television at each cardio machine.  But what truly separates us from any other is our club is a home, and our members are top notch.  In the 6 weeks since we have opened our members have bonded with the staff, with each other and have turned our club into a home.

Now that the New Year's resolution rush is over, February is here and  Valentine's Day is well known for chocolate treats, but if

your sweetie began their new year's resolution with a new diet plan, why

not be more than supportive?  Here are some healthy gift ideas to keep

For those of you who are single during this holiday and dreading it, no

need to worry. There are a few advantages for being single during

Valentine's Day.  There is no pressure in buying your significant other a

gift.  Not only are there fewer expenses but the money that you would

normally spend on someone else, use it on yourself, and why not pamper

yourself?  Remember that New Year's resolution you wanted to stick to,

this is the perfect time to get to the gym and have a tougher workout than

usual.

Why do I need a Personal Trainer?

 

Looking to begin a workout?Well here is why you should strongly consider a Personal Trainer before starting an exercise program. Would you drive a car without someone showing you the basics first? Probably not. The result could be where you would not only cause damage to the car but to yourself as well.  When you take driving lessons from a qualified instructor, you not only learn the cars functions but how to operate it properly so that you can continue to drive safely to your destination.
