North Dakota agribusinesses are developing a model farm to showcase, demonstrate and sell their equipment and supplies in Ukraine, one of the world's highest demand markets for large-scale farm technologies.
The export initiative calls for North Dakota companies to partner with a leading Ukrainian agribusiness, Ukrainian Agriculture AB (UAAB), to operate a North Dakota "model farm" in Ukraine. The model farm will serve as a dealer location for North Dakota farm equipment and supplies. Participating North Dakota companies will work with the North Dakota Trade Office and UAAB to develop marketing events that will draw prospective buyers from throughout Ukraine.
