ND delegation attends Agrihort in Ukraine

The North Dakota Trade Office will take seven agriculture equipment companies to Kiev, Ukraine to participate in Agrihort, Ukraine's largest farm exhibition show Feb. 11-14.
 

Officials from North Dakota State University and North Dakota State College of Science also are attending the international trade show where they are presenting free seminars for Ukraine farmers and agriculture equipment distributors.

 

Shippers: attend intermodal, LCL meeting

Lt. Gov. Jack Dalrymple will hold a public meeting Monday, Feb. 18 in Fargo and Wednesday, Feb. 20 in Minot to provide an update on efforts to expand the state's intermodal transportation service.

United States, Peru sign trade agreement

A Trade Agreement reached between the United States and Peru will expand export opportunities for U.S. farmers, ranchers, manufacturers and service providers, U.S. Trade Representative Susan Schwab said after the trade pact's signing.

President George Bush and Peruvian President Alan Garcia signed the free trade agreement between their countries Dec. 14.
