Dickinson's SolarBee making international waves

 

It wasn't until Greg Dluzak turned to a Dickinson, N.D., company that he began to win back control of a major Southern California water source.

 

Seasonal onslaughts of blue-green algae in Palmdale Lake would turn the drinking water supply murky, sometimes smelly and it clogged filter systems, said Dluzak, the Palmdale Water District production and control superintendent.

Trade Office, NDSU join in Global Center

Barry HallThe North Dakota Trade Office and North Dakota State University have formed a partnership that will expand the state's international business resources and education.

 

The Trade Office will partner with NDSU's Center for Global Initiatives and Leadership, a program that will build on the working relationship between university faculty and students and North Dakota's leaders in international business.

Delvo joins Trade Office

 

Joe Delvo has joined the North Dakota Trade Office where he will work with the state's agriculture equipment manufacturers and dealers to expand their sales in the international marketplace.

 

Trade missions planned for S. Korea, S. America

The North Dakota Trade Office is organizing two trade mission slated for early 2008.

 

About eight companies are currently slated to take part in a trade mission to Peru and Columbia, February 26-March 5, and a delegation representing some 15 companies and university officials plans to visit the Republic of Korea March 14-21.
