Our sponsors are the foundation of our annual gala, and we simply could not be successful without their support.
Sponsorship opportunities for the 2013 Gala are available at levels ranging from $25,000 to $500, and include advertising benefits. Some levels receive tickets or tables for the event and hotel rooms, along with advertising in the event program and online.

Reserve a Table for a Reduced Price.
Not interested in sponsorship, but think a night out with friends sounds great? We're offering a reduced price on our non-sponsor reserved tables for ten. Reserve by February 1st, and you'll pay only $1,750 (the same per-person price as individual, non-reserved seats). After February 1st, that price increases to $2,000 per table, and we cannot guarantee that tables will still be available.
This event typically sells out far in advance. Don't delay. Visit our online registration form to reserve your table today!
Non-reserved general seating at $175 per person may be available through LTEF's website beginning February 2, 2013, and only if the event has not sold out through sponsorships and reserved tables. To guarantee your attendance, consider signing up now as a Bronze or Crystal Sponsor (2 guaranteed general seating admissions) or reserve a table for 10.
NOTE: All reservations in quantities of fewer than 10 will be general admission seating.
Reserving a full table guarantees that you'll all get to sit together in a more favorable location than general seating. The sooner you reserve your table, the better its placement in the ballroom. You can charge your table now, or choose to guarantee your table to a credit card and follow up by sending one check or several individual payments from your guests, as long as all payments are submitted at one time and received by the deadline.

All new items of all values are welcomed and appreciated.
In the months leading up to the 2013 Gala, our unique auction website serves as an online catalog featuring your donation, a photo or logo, and a link to your website. Qualify as an advertising expense, or consider it your tax deductible gift. Be recognized as a charitable and community-minded. This year's event will offer a fully-electronic silent auction. No more hovering over the bid sheets! Bring your mobile phones, and prepare to keep on bidding during dinner, while playing casino games, or even if you have to leave the event early! |
 Take the Elevator Home.
The Renaissance Austin Hotel is offering a special rate on guestrooms for those who choose to "take the elevator home" following the event. Rooms at a reduced rate are available for a limited time, and there are other events happening at the hotel the same evening, so if you're interested, we encourage you to call Renaissance Reservations, (512) 343-2626, and reserve a room from the "Lake Travis Education Foundation Gala" block.
We suggest your go ahead and reserve your room now, even if your attendance plans are not firm, to be sure a room is available for you once you do purchase a table or tickets. |

Learn more about LTEF.
The Lake Travis Education Foundation (LTEF) was one of the first education foundations in Texas, incorporated in 1985. Since then, the Foundation has labored to raise money to support exemplary education in the Lake Travis Independent School District. In essence, we have become the conduit through which our community can immediately and positively impact all of our campuses; a mechanism to help offset growing shortages caused by explosive growth and the state-mandated "Robin Hood" Plan, to which the Lake Travis ISD loses millions in tax dollars annually. Contributions made to the Lake Travis Education Foundation remain in the school district to benefit our children and our community. To date, YOUR contributions have provided more than $2.8 MILLION in support of our schools! |
