If you are considering sponsoring the Crystal Ball (and we certainly hope you are!), please remember that our advertising deadline for sponsors is February 1st ... just 4 short weeks away. For those who have been waiting for 2008 to begin, now's the time to submit your sponsorship and join our list of generous Crystal Ball sponsors. The sooner you submit a sponsorship form, the better your placement in the ballroom and the longer you will be acknowledged as a community-minded, charitable business, individual, or organization.
About the Crystal Ball...
LTEF's annual Crystal Ball gala, featuring dining, dancing, and live and silent auctions, will be held Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the Renaissance Austin Hotel at the Arboretum. The evening promises delicious food and incredible entertainment. The attire is "cocktail" or "evening," black ties are totally optional, and the spirit is lively and fun!
Rotel and the Hot Tomatoes, named one of the top ten party bands in the United States, will return this year to entertain Crystal Ball guests. We encourage you to secure the best available seating to experience Rotel's unique, dynamic, outrageous entertainment by submitting your sponsorship or table reservation today!
Space at the Renaissance Austin Hotel will be limited, and the Crystal Ball will sell out in advance. Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so please visit the link below for sponsorship benefits, reservation details, and to charge online, or guarantee to a credit card with payment to follow. Either way, your table will be assigned immediately.
For a limited time, the Renaissance is offering a discount on Standard and Executive Rooms for the night of the Crystal Ball. Proceeds from the Crystal Ball benefit the students and teachers of the Lake Travis Independent School District. The 2007 Crystal Ball raised $290,000 which was converted into grants to LTISD teachers, impacting and enhancing education throughout our district. The Foundation also awards scholarships to excelling Lake Travis High School seniors so that they may continue their education.
