As someone who is involved in Main Street or Lower Middle Market business transactions, you most likely have many questions about the market and where it is going.  We have been frustrated by the lack of quality timely information about quarterly trends and current practices.  

The International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and M&A Source, in partnership with Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Project, have set a goal to provide quality information on a quarterly basis in order to become the go-to source for Main Street and Lower Middle Market transactions.  Not only will the "Market Pulse Report" give you timely and accurate data to help you build/maintain a successful and sustainable business, but over time it will help build the brand of IBBA, M&A Source and its regional affiliates/chapters in an effort to help drive more business to each of its members.  But we can't do it without a small 5-7 minute investment on your part.

This survey is to be completed on an individual basis only. Do NOT take it as a firm-wide survey. That said, please forward the survey link to all brokers / M&A advisors in your firm.
Simply by completing the brief survey, you may elect to be entered into a drawing for your choice of:
