Notice of Annual Meeting of Members
In accordance with Article I, section 3.01 of the bylaws the Annual Membership Meeting of The International Business Brokers Association, Inc., a nonprofit organization, will be held on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 12pm at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, AZ.
The purposes of the meeting are as follows:
- To approve the slate of nominees to the board of directors as voted by the membership
- To act upon any other business that may properly come before the meeting
The nominating committee has selected the following five nominees for election to the five director positions to be filled for three years:
- Scott Bushkie, CBI, M&AMI
- Pino Bacinello, CBI,M&AMI, CMEA,CSBA (Incumbent Seeking 2nd Term)
- Keith McLeod, CBI
- Ed Pendarvis, CBI (Incumbent Seeking 2nd Term)
- Marcie Woolworth, CBI
These members are in good standing, have been interviewed by members of the nominating committee and if elected, have pledged to serve the membership faithfully. Their terms will begin January 1, 2012 and will end December, 2014.
A ballot for the vote on the slate presented for the five positions of directors can be found here. The ballots must be returned by mail or fax by Tuesday, October 4, 2010 to be included in the vote. Write-in candidates may also be submitted on this ballot
