Private Equity Groups provide the capital that is essential to many of our transactions. We are expecting about 50 PEGs at the M&A Expo, representing several hundred million dollars $$$ in capital, looking for quality acquisitions. This is an excellent venue to connect with the right PEG if you are selling a business, or just to visit with these individuals about what type of businesses they are looking to acquire.
