George Brown College partners with social enterprise Toronto-based TurnAround Couriers is working with George Brown College with a view to helping with the ongoing educational needs of its staff. Going forward, all couriers joining TurnAround Couriers will attend courses at GBC, whether it is high school upgrading programs or degree programs. The courses will be paid for by TurnAround Couriers, not the youths themselves, during their tenure at the company. The company believe that it will significantly increase the social impact that TurnAround Couriers is making in Toronto and on the lives of the youth they are hiring.
