My six year old is my alarm clock and is already talking a mile a minute before the crack of dawn...every day. I will be the first to admit that I'm not a morning person...but my view of mornings changed recently when I signed up for a 5:45am Boot Camp every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Yes, 5:45am! I only registered for the 5:45 class when the 9:45 class I was calling about was full, but now I wouldn't change it. I also wouldn't go as far as to say that I've turned into a morning person (I still dread the sound of the alarm clock), but I actually LOVE getting my days started with a workout and am much more open to my motor mouth son when I walk back through the door.
