This client has the rights to the Original "Jesus Film", they are doing a remake of two 5 minute scenes. These scenes are going to be as authentic as possible just on modern cameras. The key is to show that it can be recreated with the hope of re doing the entire film.
Break down:
The Traitor Within- Scene- "Last Supper"
NOTE for all cast.
Bearded. Mediterranean. Weathered as if theyʼve been traveling in the sun for quite awhile. (Looking for solid Actors, Mediterranean, Italian etc) Lead-- Jesus (33) - Kind-faced but not necessarily handsome. Carpenter. Strong. Authoritative presence. At this point in the story, Jesus has been traveling and preaching for three years, and knows his next stop will be Jerusalem and crucifixion. (Note: Actor will have significant ADR and on-set lip-syncing.)
Rate: $400.00 per day - app. 4 days
***whom ever books Jesus, will be booked in the second 5 minute clip that shoots in November. Supporting Roles:
Rate: $250.00 per day (app. 1- 2 days)
Simon Peter (early, mid-30ʼs) - Fisherman. Wiry. Roughneck. Simon Peter is known for
his rash enthusiasm and whole-hearted commitment to things in the moment. Heʼs
usually the first to speak and the first to mess up.
Matthew (50ʼs) - Tax Collector. Older and wiser. After careful thought, heʼs the first to
ask aloud if he might be the traitor.
John (late 20ʼs) - Fisherman. Brother to James. Quiet but authoritative.
James (mid 20ʼs) - Fisherman. Brother to John.
Simon the Zealot (early 30ʼs) - Large brawler. Matter-of-fact.
Judas (late 20ʼs) - (no lines) Dark countenance. Villainous presence. Money manager
for the group of disciples. Judas never sees Jesus as the others do. He respects Jesus
as a teacher, but ultimately betrays him to the Jewish council.

Hannah (10-12) - (no lines) Little girl who has suffered from a life-threatening illness for
weeks and is now close to death.
Rate: $250/1 day
Supporting (Lines)--
Avi (mid 30ʼs) - Best friend to Jairus. Also worn-looking from sitting with Jairus and his
family through Hannahʼs illness. Physicality matches Jairus.
Rate: $300/2.5 days
Supporting (no lines)--
Hannahʼs Mother (mid 30ʼs) - Extremely worn by recent experiences.
Rate:$250/1 day
Doctor (40ʼs) - Fair-haired, perhaps greying. Kind-faced. Glasses.

Nurse (40ʼs) - Athletic. Strong presence. Seems experienced in handling life and death
situations.
