GrassFrom Simple Selling to Effective Persuasion

Persuasion is your ability to influence others- to bring them on to your side and have them think and feel a certain way about something. Persuasion typically has a negative connotation due to its use in many cases as a tool to cause others to make decisions that are in the best interest of the persuader. However, in your business, persuasion should be used to influence others in a way that ultimately benefits the ones being persuaded. If one does not believe that a product or idea is good for their client, they are obligated to reconsider their inventory and motives for forcing it upon others.

Outside Buyer in Texas Purchased and merged two agencies totaling $4.2M in annual earned premium for $900,000.  PPCLOAN was able to provide $820,000 (1.95 times commission revenue) for the purchase of the agencies with the remaining balance of the combined purchase price met via a cash contribution by the buyer.


Outside Buyer in Oklahoma Purchased and merged two agencies totaling $2.5M in annual earned premium for $525,000.  PPCLOAN was able to provide $490,000 (1.9 times annual commission revenue) for purchase of the agencies with the remaining balance of the combined purchase price met via cash contribution by the buyer.

Outside Buyer in Florida PPCLOAN recently approved an outside buyer for $970,000 to purchase a $4.3M book of business (2.25 times annual commission revenue).  The structure calls for the remaining balance of the purchase price to be met via a subordinate seller note.

Existing Agent in Arizona
PPCLOAN approved financing for an outside buyer to purchase and merge two agencies totaling $2M in earned premium.  PPCLOAN has approved financing of 97% of the purchase price with the remaining funds being met by cash injection from the borrower.
