April Deal Highlights
Outside buyer in Florida purchased a $2.6M earned premium agency for $600,000.  PPCLOAN provided $575,000 toward the purchase price with the Borrower making a $25,000 down payment

Outside buyer in New Hampshire purchased and merged four Allstate agencies with earned premium totaling $2.8M was approved for a 15-year $695,000 loan.

Outside buyer in the Midwest region purchased two books with a combined $2.7M earned premium, qualified for $630,000 in financing.
