Youth in Ghana Learn New Skills
|
|
Through a grant from the PMI Educational Foundation, students and young adults were taught new skills in a project management training course. Participants in the course developed by IMPACT, a non-governmental organization (NGO) in Ghana, were taught project management, team building, presentation, and leadership skills as well as proposal writing. The goal of the class was to provide students and young adults the knowledge and tools needed to complete and organize projects that will help their communities as well as help build the skillset needed for the 21st century workforce.
