We are thrilled to be joining the Office of Evangelism and Church Growth for their 2012 Conference.  PC(USA) Office of Ministries with Youth  and PYWA is offering a special Youth Worker conference that will invite participants to reconnect with that original longing, joy and passion you had for young people, and for walking with young people on their path to faith.  Participants will do this by examining the call to love, as lived and issued, by Jesus.  Led by author, speaker, storyteller, Mark Yaconelli, participants in the Youth Worker Track will enjoy interactive sessions, conversations, reflective exercises and joyful worship. All Youth Worker Track participants will have the opportunity, as a part of their registration to attend small group spiritual direction as well as optional individual spiritual direction.  All for us!

 

Just this one time... for this event... consider the invitation to REST in the presence of God, God's people, and God's beautiful beach-side classroom.  This is not a workshop based conference. This is a long, loving, conversation with God, surrounded by others who are connected to you in their call to serve God among young people.

 

In addition to the fantastic programming that will take place during the conference, PYWA and PC(USA)'s Office of Collegiate Ministries will be sponsoring a luau dinner for all youth and collegiate ministry worker participants.  Come to learn, come to be fed, come to have fun, come and enjoy this retreat within a conference! 

 

An added bonus:  The Youth Worker track is actually a "conference within another conference."  The larger event of ECG 2012 has multiple tracks within the overall schedule. Consider joining others from your church, presbytery, session, team, and attend this gorgeous beach-side event.
