Let the Wise Hear and Gain: Calling and Compensation of Youth Ministry Staff

PC(U.S.A.)'s Office of Ministries with Youth and PYWA recently released a paper meant to guide churches as they seek to hire a youth worker.  It also has advice for how to care for and compensate youth workers who are already in a Call.
