Elementary Band Programaw Food Series
Four workshops that build upon the knowledge gained in the Benefits of Raw Food. This series will include raw + living food nutrition, kitchen basics, equipment demonstrations, pantry organization, shopping tips, menu ideas, samples, recipes and much more.  For more information click here.

wholefoodsWhole Foods Market, Store Tour and Tasting

Experience a different kind of grocery store which focuses on natural and organic products. This guided tour by the store's concierge will include time for questions and samples of Whole Foods specialties. Transportation for the event will be provided. The tour itself will approximately 1 hour. Space is limited so register today! Leave from the Inwood Athletic Club at 10 am and return by 2 pm.

Our 8 week adult weight loss program emphasizes eating well, being fit and changing your thinking about food to help you lost weight and keep it off. Participants will meet Monday evenings for 8 weeks. Classes are for adults 18 years of age and older with 10 or more pounds to lose. Good for all fitness levels.
