Great Things Happened in 2010
 2010 was a banner year in terms of new customers. We had the pleasure of welcoming the Jeter Backyard Theater to the Good Sound Studio family. Christie Jeter operates a fantastic theater production company for young people in Gibsonia and we were fortunate enough to provide sound engineering for her fall and winter productions. We look forward to working with her again this year.
Kiski Area High School and Waynesburg High School joined the bandwagon as well last year and provided us with the opportunity to work with the phenomenal programs of Bob Capanna and Doug Bland. Congratulations to those guys for outstanding performances last year. We can't wait to see what they have in store for 2011!
Of course we can't forget about the amazing productions from our regular customers like Stage Right, Connellsville Area High School, Belle Vernon Area High School, McKeesport Area High School, Greensburg Salem High School and Middle School, Quaker Valley High School, Gateway High School and many more.
Installations
The Installation division grew considerably in 2010 with several sound system installs. A new system for Mt. Pleasant High School's pool was installed this fall with 4 new EV ZX1i 90 loudspeakers. The new EVs provided the much needed coverage and frequency response that the space was lacking while still providing a weather resistant cabinet. Several new Audio Technica 3000 wireless microphones were also installed throughout the district.
Maplewood Presbyterian Church in Greensburg, St. Matthew's Lutheran Church in Hunker, and Herminie United Methodist Church in Herminie all received state of the art new systems that fit well within their individual budgets. New equipment included Allen and Heath mixers, Mackie mixers, EV ZX1 series speakers, Community speakers, Audio Technica wireless microphones and DBX processors.
Thanks to everyone who helped to make 2010 Good Sound Studio's best year to date. We are excited abut the opportunities that lie ahead in 2011!

A Bright 2011!
The most exciting news that Good Sound Studio has to announce this year is the new sound system design and installation for a Mad Mex restaurant in Shadyside, Pittsburgh set to open in March. Visual Escapes in Zelienople approached us to design a system for this new facility with the idea that the system can be replicated easily with new franchises. The foundation of the system is the QSC Acoustic Design series speakers, specifically the ADS282H high powered loudspeaker. Several additional ADS82H and ADS52 cabinets as well as ADS28Tw subs will complete the speaker design. The system will be powered by QSC PLX3102 Powerlight series power amps and controlled with the QSC DSP322ua digital system processor.
Installation will begin at the end of January. Once the system is in place, construction on a new facility in Philadelphia is slated for June-July. Good Sound Studio will be involved in that installation also, as well as any new franchises that open nationwide. This is a tremendous opportunity for Good Sound Studio and reinforces our position that we are a leader in today's audio industry.
Good Sound Studio has also designed a new state of the art system for a local high school auditorium that will be going out for bid this spring. This particular system includes the Community ENTASYS system column arrays. These high powered arrays will provide excellent coverage for the large auditorium and eliminate much of the reverberation by redirecting sound to the seats and away from the walls. A PreSonus StudioLive 24.4.2 digital console is the specified mixing board. This is perhaps the most intuitive digital console on the market today.
Improvements to the website 
We have also made some improvements to our website including Live Chat Support that will allow our customers to connect live with a representative from Good Sound Studio.
