Well don't be shy, we're here to help you make it happen.
We are looking for Boulder's best talent to come and performat one of our two stages for Boulder Pride Fest, coming up on September 16th. We will be holding auditions at the Absinthe House in Boulder on Saturday July 28th from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Bands, comedians, dancers, poets, Drag Kings and Queens, performance artists, tap dancing puppies, funny monkeys, you name it, we want it on stage!

If you can't make the audition, please drop off a video at the Pride House anytime, or email us a link where we can see and hear your talent by clicking on the RSVP link above.
While you are dusting off your twirling baton to practice, don't forget to mark your calendar for Boulder Pride Fest 2012, September 16th and join us in the park to celebrate our very Boulder LGBTQ and Allied Pride!
Feel free to forward this to all your talented friends.

COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT:
Boulder Shambhala Center
|
|---|
Out Boulder would like to give a gracious bow to the Boulder Shambhala Center who has loaned us cushions for our Queer Meditation Group on Sundays. The Shambhala Center is located across the street from the Pridehouse at 1345 Spruce Street. If you want to explore meditation or continue your meditation practice, it is a great place to go for an open meditation or one of their amazing programs!
Established in 1974, the Boulder Shambhala Center is part of an international community of urban meditation and rural retreat centers founded by the Venerable Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, now under the direction of Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. Boulder Shambhala Center's diverse programs are designed to help people of all traditions uncover their inherent sanity, gentleness and humor. Sitting meditation is an integral part of our Shambhala tradition and meditation instruction is offered, free of charge, at their weekly drop-in public programs. |
