New Monthly Health and Wellness Series at the Boulder Pride House! First Workshop - Wednesday, September 22 at 6:30 pm at the Boulder Pride House (2132 14th St, Boulder). Rob Barber, RMT, NCTM, CKTP, HHC will be bringing a monthly night of health and wellness discussions to Boulder Pride House. It's a great, FREE way to meet other people interested in health. The discussions will focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness by looking at how all the areas of your life are connected.
Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life effect your health as a whole. A health coach (or health counselor) acts as a wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together, we'll discuss how to achieve your goals in areas such as weight management, food cravings, sleep and energy. Through these discussions, we'll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you, and help implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
Rob Barber is a certified holistic health coach. He is also a nationally certified therapeutic massage therapist, registered with the state of Colorado, and a certified kinesio taping practitioner.
