One World One Ocean

We invite you to visit an ASTONISHING new organization, One World One Ocean! They are using amazing film visuals as they launch their 2012 online video series to draw attention to the difficulties facing oceans and marine life.

The ocean is being changed in dramatic ways by pollution, over-fishing, urban runoff, reef destruction, plastic trash, and climate change. The ocean's animals face a rate of extinction unprecedented in modern history.

Far too few of us know how much trouble the ocean is really in.

One World One Ocean aims to change that. Using the power of film, television, new media and education initiatives, our mission is to change the way people see and value the ocean - and motivate action to restore it.

A recent article in the Huffington Post lauds the video campaign and celebrates the organizations ground breaking work!

and given new life via emotion and memory, and then the brain selects and reorders initial experiences.  The process is not dissimilar to prayer and meditation. Both are creative processes requiring solitude and quietness.
