CSC MISSION: To Educate, Inform and Inspire YOU- To Conserve, Preserve, Protect all CREATION.
In the midst of those wonders we discover the voice of the Creator, transmitted by heaven and earth, day and night: a language "without words whose sound is heard," capable of crossing all frontiers.

THE GOOD NEWS
GREY 2K USA
www.GREY2KUSA.org
| | Nationwide Campaign to End Dog Racing |
GREY 2K USA is the very first organization that CSC adopted as one of the best animal advocate organizations in America. We continue to support their efforts in ending greyhound racing across this country!
Christine Dorchak was our initial contact at the 2009 Taking Action for Animals Conference in Washington DC. What a memorable and powerful meeting that was. She is an amazing woman who is surrounded by a super amazing board of committed folks who believe in the humaneness of their fellow human beings as they advocate to save the beautiful greyhounds from certain abuse and death.
Formed in March of 2001, GREY2K USA is a national non-profit organization dedicated to passing stronger greyhound protection laws and ending the cruelty of dog racing. They continue to work nationwide to fight for greyhounds in state legislatures, at the ballot box, and in the courts.
Please consider advocating for these magnificent animals, it is extremely easy to do.
Please consider supporting their organization today......EVEN BETTER......consider adopting a greyhound today. Meek and loving, these wonderful creatures will enrich your life with their presence.
Listed below are some featured greyhound rescue groups with greyhounds for adoption.

STEWARD ACTIVITIES

www.ChasewayK9Cancer.org
The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine, the ACVIM Foundation and the Chase Away K9 Cancer campaign are urging dog owners to take 10 minutes on the 14th of each month to check for cancer signs from head to tail. The 14th was chosen in honor of Chase, a black Labrador retriever born September 14, 1999, who died in 2006 of nasal carcinoma. She hadn't yet reached her seventh birthday. Chase was the inspiration for Chase Away K9 Cancer.
"One in three dogs will develop cancer."
