In the midst of those wonders we discover the voice of the Creator, transmitted by heaven and earth, day and night: a language "without words whose sound is heard," capable of crossing all frontiers.

THE GOOD NEWS

D.E.L.T.A. Rescue

www.deltarescue.org

Today, more than ever before, we are seeing beautiful domestic pets, cats and dogs, abandoned by their owners in the wilderness. For whatever reason that people think that it is better to release their domestic pet into the wild, rather than to place it in a no-kill shelter, these animals are left in the wilderness in most cases where they either starve or die.

The plight of these animals was the "calling" that Leo Grillo, founder of Dedication and Everlasting Love To Animals (D.E.L.T.A.) Rescue not only heard but saw, and he could not ignore it. He is a champion for the animals unlike any other!

He created a "super sanctuary" for dogs and cats in the mountainous area above Los Angeles, California, that provides safety and shelter to over 1500 abandoned animals, animals that he has personally participated in rescuing from the deserts and forests.

D.E.L.T.A. Rescue is the largest NO KILL, CARE FOR LIFE Sanctuary of its kind in the WORLD! The organization takes in only animals rescued from the wilderness. Incredibly, the dogs and cats live a rich and happy life on 94 acres of beautifully maintained property, enjoying a haven of love, camaraderie and humane care for the rest of their lives.

There are two veterinary clinics on the property and a full time veterinary staff.

As you can imagine, there are more and more animals being abandoned and the need for financial assistance is immediate and ongoing.

PLEASE consider MAKING A DONATION to Leo Grillo and his work as he cares for some of God's most "desolate" little creatures.

Aurora Borealis

Live broadcasting of Northern Lights( Live!Aurora ) from Alaska
Live broadcasting of Northern Lights( Live!Aurora ) from Alaska

Those incredible Northern Lights known as the Aurora Borealis have awed us since the beginning of recorded history. The most frequently asked question, per Michigan Tech, is: "Where and when can I see the aurora?"

The sun has been in a solar minimum since 2007. But, we are moving into a period of solar maximum over the next few years which should make for some spectacular lights.

Check out Michigan Tech's great Aurora Website!
