Greetings!
This week's CELEBRITY GUEST COLUMNIST isMatt Smith, the Executive Director of Project Perry Inc.--The Central Virginia Parrot Sanctuary, an outstanding "safe place" for parrots that are discarded and unwanted. They work diligently on getting new homes for these parrots, but sometimes they are un-adoptable, whereby they are given a cage-free flight environment with others of their kind. It is an unbelievable opportunity for these beautiful creatures, who are either given a second chance and for some a safe haven with a lifetime of care. Matt and his team are part of the many, many unsung heroes that take to heart the importance of responsible pet ownership and stewardship of the parrot population here in the United States. This organization is featured in articles in many national magazines and is accredited by the American Sanctuary Association. Please consider supporting their great work and be sure to share them with your friends!

Book Launch Event
An evening-dinner book launch event was held this past Sunday, November 15, at the Old City House Inn in St. Augustine, Florida, to celebrate the release of Animals in Heaven? Catholics Want to Know! Mistress of Ceremonies was Seana Hutchinson and the guest speaker was the dynamic motivational speaker, publisher and author, Frank Gromling of Ocean Publishing. Friends, family, authors, publishers and clergy were in attendance as Susi shared the books beginnings, the many humorous moments of book writing and a dedication to her husband Greg to whom she promised she would publisher her book. Many thanks for all the well-wishes and loving words!
