Animals in Heaven? Catholics Want to Know!
It is so exciting to see a long researched project come into
written reality. The approach of the launch of my new book, Animals in Heaven? Catholics Want to Know! in October has me
and all the family working in "fast forward." We will be announcing the exact
date that the book will be available within the next two weeks. You will
receive an email alert when it is official. The book may be purchased on our website where you will receive an autographed edition, also at iUniverse,
Amazon.com, Barnes & Nobles Bookstores, Barnes & Nobles online, Books a
Million, and Dalton Bookstores.
The writing of my book was a journey in faith and
perseverance in which so much happened in the process, that it merited its own
"telling." I have written and published a separate booklet titled, The JOY of Co-Operating with God, in
which I share that journey. It can only be purchased on our website at the STEWARD'S STORE. Come and share the journey with me! ~Susi

National Parks: America's Best Idea
An awesome and inspiring
six-part series for PBS, titled The National Parks: America's Best Idea, a film by Ken Burns, will debut on
September 27, 2009. This production was filmed over a six year period amid the
back drop of some of the most breath-taking scenery ever captured on film, and
chronicles the legacy of the American people who committed themselves to
preserving these great park lands. It might surprise you as to who those people
are. The series is a modern day reminder to us that we too must rise to
responsible stewardship of the park lands and see that they are preserved and
cared for so that future generations can enjoy them too.

Time for Fall Planting
It is the most wonderful time
of the year! The air becomes a little crisper each morning and the trees start
to give a hint of God's easel and paint brush coming out of the closet. Now is
the time to consider getting your Fall
garden prepped and ready for plantings. As a helpful reminder, we have included
the national map for your region with
suggested calls to action for the month of September. HAPPY GARDENING!
Oh, and P.S...Be sure to check out the
Fall Foliage Report for those trips to see the "colors!"

A Moment with Father Ron
Joy of Creation
I invite you to BREATHE
IN...........through your nose. and BREATHE OUT................through your mouth.
How wonderful to be invited on this
journey with Susi Pittman and Family!
All of us humans and animals have
something in common.
We all must breathe!!!
However, some animals breathe in very
mysterious and creative ways.
Some even breathe through water.
It is amazing to me how much I have
learned about my self (physical, emotional, psychological, soulful, and
spiritual) by just breathing. Even now as I write this introduction, I am
taking a moment to just breathe. There are processes going on in my body that I
haven't a clue are being done. Within my body, there are streams of blood and
volcanoes of growth and decay. When I was in Iraq
War, I was in the area of the world that was once called Paradise.
I believe the area is now more desolate than paradise because we didn't realize
the affect of our little wars in our families. Yes, the health of the entire
world depends on each of us discovering and seeking peace within our own soul,
our families, our beloved pets....and with one another.
God is so Good, Compassionate,
Forgiving, and Generous. Just take a moment to look around...
...and BREATHE IN.................
...and BREATHE OUT..............
Love and God is as close as our BREATH!
Love, joy, peace,
Father Ron Moses +
