CAPE HARBOUR'S SEASONAL NEWS Several new merchants have joined the Cape Harbour community, while others have announced news of expansion and relocation to larger and more convenient quarters along the Promenade. The welcome mat goes out to Doggie.Style, Island Jewelers and Mamma Maria's Treasures. All three new and exciting venues offer Cape Harbour shoppers an even broader array of products and services. Spoil your favorite pet with an elegant accessory, toy, treat or anything else you need at our trendiest new store, Doggie.Style. One of the owners, Andrea Gately, said the store is filled with specialty dog accessories and fun stuff made in America, something the owners are very proud to be able to offer their customers. The boutique is open Tuesday - Saturday from 9am to 9pm and Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Island Jewelers is another of our new merchants. Owners Cheryl and Jason Schaaf and Dave Siskin, have brought some of the most beautiful and rare fine jewelry to the Promenade. Their lines include vintage, fine diamond and modern as well as a full line of silver jewelry. Many items are moderately priced. The shop's current attraction is the exclusive Alexandrite jewelry, a line featured at Caribbean cruise ports. As one of the world's rarest stones, this exquisite gem is the top pick of some of the world's most discriminating buyers. This team also owns Cape Jewelry Brokers at 1103 Cape Coral Parkway East,and the Caribbean Gemological Institute in Cape Coral. They have gem labs on the Caribbean islands of Jamaica, Aruba, St. Thomas and St. Martin as well as in Alaska. They have a manufacturing facility in Bangkok, Thailand. The store will feature an exciting new line of fine jewelry just right for Christmas giving. Mamma Maria's Treasures is a shop that is true to its name - it is filled with vintage Victorian treasures. Owner Tony Annunziata said the store, named after his mom, has something for everyone, from reproduction items to antiques, and from collectible dolls (including the popular Anna lee series) to old-fashioned novelties. Mamma Maria also creates vintage jewelry bags that she gives as gifts with the purchase of any of their little treasures. This gem of a store is offering 20% off everything through the Christmas shopping season. Veteran shop owner Cherie, of Cherie Clark Interiors, has relocated her second floor Promenade shop. Her design studio has been expanded to nearly double its former size. Cherie has hired additional design staff to offer even more services to her customers. She has also established an alliance with Abbey Carpet of Cape Coral and will carry a variety of flooring and area rugs. She has expanded her line of window treatments, offering factory direct buying on window blinds and shutters. Cherie said, "We wanted to become bigger and better for our clients". Paradigm Yacht Sales has relocated from the second floor to space on the ground level of the Promenade. Paradigm employs only Florida licensed brokers and is a full-service yacht sales and brokerage, handling new and used boats of any size and type. Paradigm's owner Pat Rousch said they have been proud members of the Cape Harbour community for over two years and extend an open invitation to anyone looking to buy, sell or just talk boats.
