CAPE HARBOUR VACATION RENTALS
The Cape Harbour Vacation Rentals program will be entering its third year this vacation season and with much success. Cape Harbour guests have been vacationing in rich surroundings since the program began in December, 2007. No expense is spared as vacationers lounge in ultra lavish comfort in our professionally furnished two and three-bedroom condominium suites overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Caloosahatchee River and Cape Harbour's 76-slip deep water Marina. "Our product is very distinguished here," said Christopher Hearn, director of property management for Realmark Management Services, LLC. "We are very family oriented, we offer a community setting that includes beautifully luxurious condominiums, shopping, art galleries, restaurants and bars, and a coffee shop that has wireless Internet so you can do your computer work while enjoying the view of the Marina. It's a very special place." There's no shortage of fun and activities for vacationers either. You can arrange for boat rentals, go kayaking, schedule fishing charters or a boat shuttle to Fort Myers Beach. Special events and holiday celebrations are also tradition at Cape Harbour. "We sponsor many events and do huge shows including the Fourth of July and New Year's," said Hearn. There's no charge to get in and no charge to park, so we provide not only accommodations and boating, but entertainment and a place where people can come and enjoy a range of activities. They don't have to drive out and go somewhere else." Vacation Rental condominium accommodations range from approximately 1,300 to 1,800 square feet. Each unit has a private, screened lanai, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining and living room, guest bath and spacious master bedroom. The pillow top king and queen beds are covered in 750 threat count Egyptian cotton linens along with signature bath and spa amenities. Condominium owners who opt to be part of the Vacation Rentals program can be assured of effective and efficient management of their property. "One of the main advantages is that our program is on site, said Hearn. "Our offices are on site and we are a presence. Our people take care of the units, the cleaning and management team (some of whom live here) are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are very service oriented.'' Hearn's skilled and experienced office staff includes Charlotte Ford and Sherry Sierra who work to ensure owner and tenant satisfaction. "It's a service aspect they wouldn't get from anybody else," said Hearn. "We have our name behind it - Realmark, a highly respected name." Condominiums in the Vacation Rental program are available for weekly or monthly rental. Right now, in-season November through April - weekly rental rates range from $975 to $1,650 based on the unit. Off-season - May 1 through the end of November - weekly rentals range from $800 to $1,300. These spectacular condominiums are also available for sale, completely furnished from the low $300's. Prices and rates are subject to change.
