Boy Eats Drum Machine is Portland local Jonny Ragel's ONE-MAN project that mixes turntablism, saxophone, vocals, effects, drums and looping into tightly crafted songs. New Years Day ROSE BOWL Brunch!
We will be serving BRUNCH Menu on this New Year's day Friday (do we need to explain why this is a good thing?); plus be offering Specials for the Rose Bowl at 1:30pm. We told you that Wet Hot Trivia was a huge success. Come try out the same format with different host and different catagories! Same great prizes and fun times. Expect Trivia's to be every Tuesday before February hits.
Rock n' Roll Disc Jockeys! Sundays 9pm
Starting Sun, Jan 10, you will find comfortable, conversation level music played by some of Portland's best melody driven deejays. Check out tunes ranging from rock n' roll to soul to indie to roots country and beyond. Disc jockeys Pink Lady, rndm noise, Lo-Fi, and Baby Lemonade are part of the Four Revolutions Per Month collective and they make it super easy to find out what that rad song your hearing is called. The Bingo Ate Your Baby! Coming Soon
Keep your brain out for our new Bingo and Trivia Hybrid that you can host! A revolving cast of hosts brings new themes and energy to BAYB (pronounced "baby"), but the rules are always the same. It's all bingo until the bell rings - then a trivia question is asked and a bingo number is drawn. In order to use that bingo space, you have to have the correct trivia answer written down. Don't have the answer? You don't got Bingo. How many trivia questions? Depends on the host. Are you the host? To inquire, email info@radioroompdx.com . We supply the bingo cage and cards (and are wired for video, sound & music) but the host brings the (probably) costumes, questions and everything else.
