MUNSON HEALTHCARE AND SPECTRUM HEALTH MADE THIS YEAR'S LIST FOR TOP CARDIOVASCULAR CARE
Thomson Reuters 100 Top Hospitals® program released the 2009 100 Top Hospitals: Cardiovascular Benchmarks study. Two (2) VHP member hospitals are named on this list: Munson Healthcare and Spectrum Health
Click Cardiovascular Benchmarks to see the list. The Cardiovascular study names 100 hospitals that have provided exceptional cardiovascular service. This year's winners demonstrated lower 30-day mortality and readmission rates for heart attack patients. If all hospitals provided this level of care, more patients would live longer and fewer would return to the hospital for additional care.
Congratulations Munson & Spectrum!!!
