Dashboards
The dashboards are being distributed to each member. The four conditions are:
Acute Myocardial Infarction
Heart Failure
Hip Replacement
Pneumonia
Members will see their own organization's performance and the high/low performer in the specific category being measured.
Advocacy
DSH
A one page explanation about the development and distribution for the new DSH dollars is being prepared. This document will be used by us to discuss the proposal currently in the House. A copy will be forwarded to you when finalized.
Community
Community Programs
The elements of a community benefit philosophy were drafted at the February meeting at Lakeland HealthCare. Members will work over the next few months to finalize the framework. From there, the information can be adopted to each member's organization as it best applies.
The next body of work is developing criteria to determine high and low value community programs. Participants are obtaining information that each system uses to evaluate a service. We'll use that as a basis for the criteria.
