Harold G. Koenig, MD
Harold G. Koenig, MD, MHSc.is a Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Koenig is also founder and co-director of the Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health at Duke University Medical Center. He has published extensively in the fields of mental health, geriatrics, and religion, with over 300 scientific peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and nearly 40 books in print or in preparation. Dr. Koenig's comments at Duke University's panel discussion on Spirituality, Theology, and Health on June 5, 2009 serve as the basis for our Spirituality and Health Symposium.
