This Weekend at Village Gardens |
Greetings!
I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to let you know of a few things happening at the Greenhouse this weekend!
First, we will be holding our first class Saturday at 10:00 am. This is a FREE class! Lisa will be teaching you how to divide perennials so you can get the most out of your garden! If you can't make it this weekend, Click Here to see the next few weekend classes! Be sure to be here for the Mother's Day Weekend Class!
On Sunday, Lisa will be offering a special class on making an Ivy Topiary. Learn the tricks of making a topiary from household items. There is no need to buy those expensive forms! The cost of this class is $45.00 and includes all class materials. Please let us know if you would like to attend as soon as possible so that we can have your supplies ready! As promised, trucks have been in and out of the nursery all week. A new shipment of Trees and Shrubs arrived on Tuesday, as well as beautiful Boston Ferns! The first shipment of Spring and Summer Annuals will arrive at the nursery Thursday afternoon! I have hand-selected beautiful Hanging Baskets to be included on this truck!
While supplies last, we will be offering 3 foot tall Leyland Cypress and Green Giant Thujas for only $8.99. These make excellent "Screen" plants as they grow over a foot a year, with the added bonus of being evergreen!
