Meet Zack Nigliazzo, Candidate for Grace Children's Pastor
As most of you know, our Director of Children's Ministry, Rachel Browning, has resigned to take a great position with a church in Dallas. Fortunately, we believe that the Lord has providentially provided an ideal candidate: Zack Nigliazzo. Zack led our Youth Ministry at Grace exceptionally well for 7 years before heading to Dallas to complete seminary (graduated May 2012). He is a natural for a position like this. He knows our families, our leadership, our DNA, and has the theological education, leadership, and spiritual maturity we need. Zack possesses a friendly, approachable, and caring personality. He has a proven track record pulling off and participating in many children-oriented events. And perhaps most important, Zack is known and loved by many of our families at Grace.
Based on these reasons, the Elders are excited to recommend Zack Nigliazzo as the candidate for the Pastor of Children's Ministry.
The members of Grace will have the opportunity to vote on Zack at the Grace Family Gathering on Sunday, August 19 at the Anderson Campus.
You also have the opportunity to meet Zack and his wife, Kathryn, in the Anderson Fellowship Hall during the Coffee Social on Sunday, August 5, or next Sunday, between services at our Southwood campus.
More about Zack...
Zack is a 1997 graduate of Texas A&M who has worked in the business world and as a staff member for Young Life. Many of you know him, of course, as Grace's former youth pastor, a position he held from 2002 - 2009. After completing his service in that role, Zack stepped down to pursue a seminary degree in Dallas. He met and married his wife Kathryn, who has also ministered with Young LIfe and has a heart for kids. Zack is excited about the possibility of returning to College Station and serving Grace Bible Church in the capacity of Children's Pastor. He and Kathryn are both looking forward to building relationships with the congregation and being a part of this great ministry.
