2011 Tax Sale -- Landspan LLC parcels on Parkway East did not sell during this week's 2011 Madison County Tax Sale and Supplemental Tax Sale.  This may have a huge impact on the Madison County 2012 Budget if the Parkway East Public Improvement District is unable to make the bond debt service payments and the County's "contribution agreement" is called upon to make up the PID shortfall.

The final results of the 2011 Tax Sale can be seen here.
