Jeremy J Darling

Jeremy J Darling

Jeremy J Darling, featured second from the left in the above photo, comes to CU from Steamboat Springs, Colorado .  He is a theater major and will graduate in 2011 or 2012. A very engaged and involved student, Jeremy is a Resident Advisor and is active with several student organizations on the CU campus including Hillel, Students for Israel and Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity (to name only a few!)

Jeremy found the Certificate in Jewish Studies to be a powerful, academic approach to learning about Jewish culture and Judaism as well as a great way to connect with other students seeking the same knowledge.

He spent part of his winter break working on a community service project in Israel with the Jewish National Fund and the Israel Campus Coalition.  To learn more, read the recent article featured in the
Boulder Daily Camera.

Inspired by concepts of Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World), Jeremy aspires to use his education to make the world a better place by making a difference in the lives of children. This perhaps involves working for a non-profit organization and pursuing a masters in Social Work with an emphasis in Jewish Leadership.

Consider a donation to the Program in Jewish Studies to ensure we can continue to help students like Jeremy achieve their goals and make a difference in our world.

Donations can be made  online through the CU Foundation at
