Chef Demo Team 2012

Last Saturday Chef Vera made the Market sizzle with her Big Oak skirt steak and Chimichurri made from Twin Oak Farms cilantro and parsley. This yummy dish was partnered with a tomato salad using Barbee Farms green house tomatoes. You may find Chef Vera's recipes here.

Thanks to our awesome vendors for donating goods for the Demo each week. The demos are a great way to highlight in-season products and teach Market shoppers new ideas and techniques.

You may catch Chef Vera again on Sat., July 7.
