There is nothing more emotionally painful after Thanksgiving, than the guilty temptation to throw leftovers away. You know full well that if you put all the extra yams, squash, potatoes, onions and turkey in those nifty little containers and shove them into the refrigerator...that in about three weeks some of them will reappear from the rear of the appliance as indistinguishable clumps of...leftovers.
