This week at the Davidson Farmer's Market!

Black Sea Bass, squash, zucchini and potatoes are abundant this week at the Davidson Farmer's Market.

Stop by the Chef Demo tent at either 9 or 10 a.m. and see how local Chef Wes Choplin, Choplin's Restaurant, cooks-up North Carolina Coasts Black Sea Bass.  Flying Fish Seafood will have plenty of Sea Bass for Market shoppers ready to sink their teeth into this mild and sweet white fish. Check out recipes in the left column to help guide and inspire you.

Squash, zucchini and potatoes will be plentiful at our produce vendor booths this Saturday.  There are a variety of ways to cook and prepare these summer veggies.  See the recipes on the left for ideas.

Herbs enhance any dish - eliminating the need for salty seasonings.  Be sure to visit our herb vendors too.

Our farmer's are working hard in the fields and on the farm to bring us the freshest foods possible.  We appreciate it!

Thank you for Being a Sweet Pea
