Saturday, April 23rd **8am- 12pm**

~Every day is EARTH DAY when

you eat locally~

WHAT'S IN ABUNDANCE THIS WEEK?    The 'Spring chickens' are living up to their reputation, some laying up to 8 eggs per day.

Fresh farm eggs like these will last

up to 6 weeks.  Eggs from pastured hens are more nutritious (and  delicious), so stock up this week!

Herbs plants of all kinds, vegetable plants -  many more varieties than you'll find at a 'big box' store - heirloom & organic varieties.  Free growing advice included.

Lettuces - head & salad mix varieties, arugula and other greens are in abundance.  These fresh greens will keep up to two weeks

if stored properly.

Buying what the farmers have in abundance is helpful to them

It is helpful to you, too, because you are eating food at its peak of freshness.
