Cooking cooking greens and storage crops, a bounty of fresh farm eggs, seafood, pastured beef and pork and beautiful artisan baked goods, cheeses and handmade pasta and ravioli. Pick up a bunch of beautiful spring flowers from Betty Brown of Davidson, or the Herr family from Vale, NC.

WOW! Kids: Davidson Lands Conservancy's World of Wonder - the Spring emergence of the 13-year "Great Southern Brood" of Cicadas will bring opportunities for young and old to assist in research that will protect cicadas. Find out about these interesting insects at the WOW table, and join Lenny Lampel, Mecklenburg Natural Resources Coordinator at Town Hall for a presentation on cicadas.
Also, get a preview of Davidson College's Reptile Day on the Green April 9th, and meet some local herpetological critters at the market this week!

Planning an herb or food garden this year? DFM farmers will have an AWESOME selection of heirloom veggie plants, an array of useful herbs as well as perennial and annual flowers for your home garden, beginning in April.
